Join us to hear from Brent Bowman, Kaiser Permanente Colorado’s Vice President of Strategy,
Patient Experience, and Health Plan Market Leader for Markets Outside Denver/Boulder (Expansion Markets). Brent is responsible for Strategic Planning and Execution, Capital Planning, Facilities, Patient Service Experience, Access, and the Appointment/Advice Call Center for the region. In expansion markets, he is accountable for full health plan operations for over 110,000 health plan
members in partnership with functional leads including sales, revenue collection, provider network development and management, internal care delivery operations, among other operational areas.
Prior to joining KP, Brent was a Managing Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting Services in the Global Customer Relationship Management practice based in San Francisco. He led process redesign, system design and development, and customer service improvement components of engagements spanning four continents, in industries ranging from high technology manufacturing to retail andtelecommunications. He holds a dual-degree Bachelors of Science in Information Systems and Accounting and has a Masters in Business Administration.
Following Brent's presentation, Mark Barnes, CEO of TeleSpine, will talk about how TeleSpine is extending back therapy beyond the clinical walls. The Boulder company has developed a home-based therapy program that allows physical therapy practices to prescribe video-based exercises and monitor patient progress virtually.
